The luxury hospitality landscape in Westminster has been entirely redefined by the opening of Raffles London at The OWO. Situated inside the monumental Grade II-listed Old War Office on Whitehall, this property offers international wealth managers and corporate founders an unmatched blueprint for secure, historically significant accommodation right at the seat of British political power.
The Architectural Blueprint: Operating within the same Edwardian walls where historic military decisions were made, the hotel provides an elite sanctuary completely insulated from the surrounding Whitehall traffic. The suites feature incredibly high ceilings, restored oak paneling, and a colossal multi-story Guerlain Spa.
The Service and Security Matrix: It remains the absolute pinnacle for visiting dignitaries and sovereign wealth directors who require seamless luxury infrastructure, secure diplomatic entry points, and dazzling celebration spaces all under one highly guarded roof.
